Return Window (30 Days)

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and kept in their original condition. Whenever possible, original packaging should also be included. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all return requests.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene standards, safety considerations, or product-specific restrictions.

Return Process

Once a return request has been reviewed and approved, our support team will provide detailed instructions for sending the item back.

In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged item, defective product, or shipping error on our part.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error attributable to SnasckLa™.
